Product Description
Description: This product is white or light yellow crystalline powder, its melting point is 141-146. It is easily soluble in methanol, acetone and the like, slightly soluble in water(approximately 300ppm at pH=5), and insoluble in hexane.
Toxicity: Acute oral LD50 value is 92.6mg/kg b. W. In female mice and 126mg/kg b. W. In male mice. It has no teratogenicity, carcinogenicity or mutagenicity.
Mechanism of action: Emamectin benzoate is a high efficacious insecticide of AVM kind, it increases the potential of neurotransmitters to stimulate an influx of chloride ions into nerve cells, which causes loss of cell function and disruption of nerve impulses.
As a result, larvae become irreversibly paralyzed shortly after exposure to emamectin benzoate and die finally.
